1. Investment Amount:
   You must invest a minimum of either $800,000 in a TEA or $1 million outside a TEA. The invested capital must be "at-risk," with no guaranteed return.
2. Business Type:
   Invest in a "for-profit" new commercial enterprise.
3. Job Creation:
   Create at least 10 new full-time jobs within 2 years of approval. For direct investments, provide proof of directly employing these workers. Regional Center investments consider indirect and induced jobs.
4. Source of Funds:
   Prove that your investment capital comes from legal sources, and provide detailed information on the origin of funds.
